My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, offering a great opportunity to explore the island while enjoying a peaceful environment. The rooms, however, had a strong cigarette smell and lacked a pleasant view, located in the basement. The service, particularly from the Italian staff member, was wonderful, making our family's experience memorable. The dining options were varied but could become repetitive. Overall, a stay with some high points and some areas needing improvement.
